Kat is a qualified Nutritionist and Pilates Instructor based in Melbourne. Kat completed her Bachelor of Nutrition at RMIT and her Masters of Nutrition at Deakin, both located in Melbourne, Australia. After graduating from her Masters she went into the corporate world working as a nutritionist for large companies within the health industry. During this time she was constantly in a mental struggle between her education & knowledge, and what was called the ‘health and nutrition’ industry. She left the corporate world to work for smaller health companies that aligned with her principles on nutrition, that food should be consumed at the highest quality and nutrition isn’t just food, but a complete lifestyle.

Her passion for Pilates came at a young age, which lead her into adding to enhance her  career to work with her clients on a more personal level and offering not only nutrition but particular exercise and rehab programmes for individuals. 

Kat is passionate about educating and inspiring everyone to make the healthiest choices to live their strongest and fullest life and loves to see the positive outcomes her clients achieve.

Meet Georgie, the new addition to the pilates lifestyle! Georgie is a Melbourne based pilates instructor of 9 years with a bachelors in Exercise Science. Know for her tough classes that really get that glute burn.

After completing her bachelors in exercise science and falling in love with the world of pilates she went on to complete her masters of teaching. After her studies she brought her two worlds together delievering in school pilates programs so young people were about to experience the benefits of the pilates. TPL is now delivering these programs along with the opportunity for students to access the online platform.

She has a love for movement and the transformative nature it can have on someone’s overall wellbeing. Georgie’s classes focus on strengthening, lengthening and improving your posture through safe and evidence based pilates based movements. .
